Game Changers aims to empower and mobilize system-impacted youth and their families, and the recidivated community to play a fundamental role in justice reform efforts through leadership development programming, community organizing, and direct policy advocacy. Using positive imagery through the testimonies of our graduates to shift public perception of the recidivated community,  Game Changers aims to promote the importance of investing in people.

Game Changers aims to promote its recidivated community programs through annual and planned events. We are looking for individuals / organizations to volunteer in the planning and coordination of events that will introduce our recidivated community programs to surrounding communities, judicial and political systems, other anti-recidivism organizations, and philanthropist.

Game Changers aims to close the education GAP in the the recidivated community through classes/training taught by current and former educators and trainers in effort to curb recidivism.  Education is proven to reduce recidivism rates, and Game Changers aims to provide the recidivated community with opportunities to gain an education, and expose them to technologies such as computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Game Changers aims match every recidivated citizen in our program with a mentor—a personal champion to help them on their journey and re-entrance into the community. You could be that champion.  If you are a Counselor, Mentor, or Life Coach, consider volunteering with us.

Game Changers aims to support the recidivated community through entrepreneurship in effort to generate sustainable income . Entrepreneurs that are willing to share their skills/trade with mentees and offer apprenticeship opportunities are welcome to volunteer.

Game Changers aims to offer the recidivated community an employment readiness program to sharpen interview skills, prepare resumes, host job fairs, and offer guidance and support for potential employment upon release. Resume Writers, Interview Preparers, Job Fair Coordinators, and Employers are welcome to volunteer to curb recidivism.

Game Changers aims to help the recidivated community through guiding, mentoring, educating and training on managing their appearance-clothing, grooming and body language including etiquette to create positive and powerful first impressions to get more opportunities in life.
