Game Changers Counseling Services encompasses individual therapy, group therapy, and life and family coaching. Our mission is to access the needs of the individual, identify the root of underlying issues in order to break cycles, and invoke cognitive thinking, ultimately promoting positive conflict resolution and problem-solving skills that lead to healthy interactions and relationships.
Counseling services are facilitated by licensed, professional counselors who specialize in anger management, generational trauma, and PSTD. Counseling services are offered in a safe and conducive environment for healing in order to help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems while seeking to improve communication and coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and promote behavioral change and optimal mental health.
